Cancellation Policies:
  • Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing to AMCP@maritz.com and be received on or before Thursday, March 28, to receive a partial refund, less applicable administrative fees listed below.  
  • A $200 administrative fee will be assessed on active, associate, and non-member registration cancellations through Thursday, March 28. After this date no refunds will be given. 
  • A $75 administrative fee will be assessed on student and resident/fellow/graduate students (RFG) registration cancellations through Thursday, March 28.  After this date, no refunds will be given. 
  • A $75 administrative fee will be assessed for Medication Use Quality: A PQA Live CE Event and Navigating the Weight of Change participant cancellations through Thursday, March 28. After this date, no refunds will be given. 
  • Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant. An administrative fee of $250 (other fees may apply for movement between registrant types) will be assessed. Only one substitution per registrant is allowed. A registration transfer to other AMCP meetings is not allowed. 
  • If you cancel your registration on or before Thursday, March 28, your hotel reservations will automatically be canceled. If you cancel your registration after this date you will need to contact the hotel directly starting Thursday, April 4 to cancel your housing reservations. 
  • A valid photo ID is needed during registration check-in to obtain your badge and meeting materials. 
  • There are no refunds on AMCP Foundation events at any time. Registrations for AMCP Foundation events, as well as donations to the AMCP Foundation, are tax-deductible. 
  • AMCP individual memberships purchased during the AMCP 2024 registration process are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
Other Policies:  
  • To be eligible for the AMCP “member” registration rate, you must be an individual member in good standing at the time of registration and the meeting. AMCP collects information from its registrants (including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses) that is available to exhibitors through the lead retrieval system. 
  • Further, AMCP may occasionally provide, sell, or rent limited data to third parties involved with the meeting, including companies that offer products and services for sale to AMCP’s members and customers. This limited data includes names, job titles, companies/organizations, business addresses, and email. 
  • Participation in AMCP 2024 is entirely voluntary and requires attendees to abide by any applicable rules of conduct or local or state laws that may be announced at any time during AMCP 2024. Specifically relating to COVID-19, the attendee acknowledges the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending AMCP 2024 and understands that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death to the attendee. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at AMCP 2024 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the meeting or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. 

By registering for AMCP 2024, I agree that pictures taken by AMCP’s official meeting photographer or at the Headshot Lounge during AMCP 2024 in New Orleans may be used in future promotional pieces including (but not limited to): the AMCP website, future meeting websites, promotional videos, printed promotional pieces or onsite structures and signage at future meetings.

Maritz Global Events is the Official Registration and Housing Provider for AMCP 2024. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than Maritz Global Events is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to AMCP at meetings@amcp.org.
