If a company wishes to conduct a meeting or event at the Gaylord National Harbor during AMCP Nexus, there are different locations and opportunities available. Choose the option best for your organization.
Meeting Space in The Exchange
If you are a corporate member, exhibiting or sponsoring company and wish to secure private meeting space in the Exchange adjacent to the show floor, email Laura Larson, Assistant Director of National Meeting Sales (email@example.com) for rates, term & conditions, and additional information.
Meeting Room Location within AMCP Contracted Space
This meeting space is in a prime location in close proximity to AMCP scheduled events and in a high attendee traffic area.
Internal company meetings may be hosted within AMCP contracted space starting at 7:00am on Tuesday, October 29 through Friday, November 1 at 11:00am. Meal functions, receptions and advisory boards may only be hosted outside of official AMCP scheduled events.
Permitted times for Meal Functions, Receptions, Advisory Boards:
Tuesday, October 29: All day available
Wednesday, October 30: After 6:30pm
Thursday, October 31: After 5:30pm
Friday, November 1: before 11:15am
Tuesday, October 29: $1,500
Wednesday, October 30: $2,500
Thursday, October 31: $2,500
Friday, November 1: $1,000
