The ARES Housing System is a 3rd party travel planner approved by AMCP for hotel reservations. Any questions on hotel policies stated or payments made on the ARES website should be directed to the ARES Reservation Center or to the hotel directly.
Individuals can register for the Annual Meeting and make hotel accommodations simultaneously - enhancing convenience and alleviating the difficulty that some attendees have encountered in attempting to reserve a room in one of the AMCP-contracted hotels.

AMCP does not offer “Housing Only”— you must be registered for the Annual Meeting to secure housing.
A credit card is required to guarantee your room reservation.
In the event that you decide to depart earlier than confirmed at the time you check-in, you will be charged up to one night as an early departure fee by the hotel.
All new reservations should be made directly with Experient by 5:00 pm CST Friday, February 24, 2017. After February 24, you may continue to contact Experient for reservation changes, cancel requests or new reservations (based on availability) until 5:00 pm CST Thursday, March 9. You can begin contacting hotels directly for all reservation needs starting Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Room cancellations must occur by Thursday, March 9, 2017. Failure to cancel within the appropriate time frame will result in a one night’s room and tax penalty.
If you cancel your AMCP Annual Meeting registration, your hotel reservation will also be cancelled.
AMCP is not responsible for failure to check-in on your scheduled day of arrival and cannot guarantee availability onsite.
